How do we help keep your pet safe?

In light of recent concerns surrounding the new canine virus, I would like to delve into the specific measures we've implemented to safeguard the health and well-being of your canine family members.

At Equinox Pets, we recognize the paramount importance of creating a safe home-like environment for your pets. To this end, our utilization of furniture covers not only enhances comfort but also serves as an extra layer of protection against any potential transmission of infections diseases and viruses. We wash these covers at the end of each day and place clean sanitized covering back on all furniture.

In our commitment to hygiene, regular and thorough sanitization of our rugs is conducted, ensuring a clean space for your pets to roam. Additionally, our feed and water dishes undergo meticulous cleaning, upholding impeccable standards during mealtime.

Given the heightened concerns associated with the new canine virus, we've instituted a strict no-sharing policy at our dining table. Each pet receives an individualized dining experience, reducing the risk of cross-contamination and prioritizing their health and safety.

As part of our in-home boarding approach, the smaller number of clientele each day allows us to provide personalized attention and vigilant monitoring of each pet. This ensures a controlled environment, minimizing the risk of exposure and promoting their overall well-being.

Your pets' safety and happiness remain our top priorities. Should you have any specific questions or concerns regarding our approach to mitigating the potential spread of the new canine virus, we are more than happy to discuss this further. Feel free to reach out; we are here to address any inquiries you may have.

Sincerely,
